The repository has 2 sql files:
 mirri-db.sql
 vw_strains_202206 source.sql

 1. mirri-db.sql:
This is a script with the entire database, the purpose of that DB is to store all the content from the excel files from the Culture Collections.

 2. vw_strains_202206 source.sql:
 This view must be created under the database created from Biolomics. 
 
 The view is created following the specifications and contains all the fields until Sept. 2022 there are some fields with null values because they were not implemented yet in Biolomics
