Installation

pip install path_to_package.tar.gz

Description

A small set of utilities to deal with Mirri Data.

  • A data class to deal with strain data.

  • An excel reader for mirri specification

  • An excel validator for mirri specification

  • An excel writer to create the excel with MIRRI specifications
